Albert Surabian Real Broker After a disappointing six months with a well-known real estate agent, we decided to take the house off the market for the winter. Albert called us shortly after and introduced himself and stated that he could do a much better job and wanted to speak with us about the opportunity. After the deplorable performance of the last agent, we were skeptical and thought we would just hear the same old sales pitch but booked an appointment anyway. Albert was on-time, introduced himself, toured the house and showed us a plan that was realistic and told us he could sell this house in a short time. The plan materials were top notch and well executed. We were told that houses were not selling in Westminster, where we lived from the previous agent. Albert told us that they were selling houses and the market was strong. After what we heard, we decided to give Albert the opportunity to sell our home. After signing with Albert he listed the house on Zillow and the other listing services a couple days later. About two days after the listing there was an open house where 5 offers came out of it. This was in ~ 1 weeks time! Unbelievable !! We never saw a performance like this one. We are now just a few days away from closing! Thank you Albert, for doing such a great job and being such a great person to work with. You were probably expecting a five-star rating but you deserve much more that that! I met Albert about 5 years ago as he knocked on my door to inquire about my home in Holden Ma. I enjoyed meeting him and he was very willing to share his knowledge of the local real estate market. I kept in contact periodically with him over the next few years. I contacted him in April of this year to be my realtor for our family home in Worcester. He met with myself and the family to present his market analysis and plan to sell the 3 family. The rest of family agreed that Albert was the right person for the process.
