        Found a HUMAN FINGER NAIL in my food. it was a disgusting experience and when we called the restraunt they dealt this with the worst attitude saying we dont need your advice on how to run a restaurant. Like the restaurant should maintain some basic hygiene. Whi threatened??? you took so much time changing the phones to people and we cannot blame the dasher as the food was completely sealed..we do to have any interest in raising false claims and wasting our time with your stupid management or disgusting responses!

      Mr. Haripriya, We do not understand how you found a fingernail in the soup, when all the staff has fingernails clipped and a strict hygiene procedure is followed as laid by the Board of Health. The Same was apprised to you over the phone as well. Your Order was a Dasher Pick, and we have no control on the food hygiene maintenance once picked up from the restaurant. We also would suggest you treat all the staff of any establishment with respect rather than being harsh, rude and threatening to the staff. That what calls for a strong reply from the management to protect the integrity and respect of its employees, when clients are threatening the staff with consequences, who are providing customer service.
