Been to a lot of hotels, this has been one of the better experiences in Massachusetts. Full stove with oven, clean rooms, roof over smoking area, no complaints.

I HAVE TO APPLAUD THIS EXTENDED STAY HOTEL LOCATION!!! Why? And, why so boldly in the ALL CAPS PRINT you see directly above? Well... TONY. Plain and simple. An Extended Stay employee at this location. I have a broken neck. And, I had not even checked in yet. Interrupted. My fiance was 911 called into her job at the hospital last minute. I'm just waiting for her return. I needed to use the facilities. And it was readily apparent no public or Publicly Open bathroom existed. (*I get it. It's 300ft off the highway! Probably a blessing in disguise for everyone) In any event, Tony? Was very decent. Very kind. And in my current medical condition... a thing like that can go a loooong way to "winning" my gratitude. And/Or my customer loyalty! $$$ So... today I salute Extended Stay hotel and their very well-deserved... "Well Done" ... For their staffing decisions in this regard. Nowadays, and simply so often the hotel industry keeps failing. I have witnessed it everywhere. Therefore, if on a particular day they score a Touchdown? It compels me to tell them loudly. Score one for the recent training at The Extended Stay University ! Ka- BOOM! Thank you sir. KevG

Bryan and Maria were really nice and helpful for us. We ended up moving as the place wasn't a good fit, but give it a chance. It is what it is. A cheap place to stay longer term than a one night stay hotel, yet less than a rental property. The hallways smell like what everyone on the floor is cooking, along with what they threw away. The rooms are fairly clean and understandably worn-in given the typical clientele and duration of stay. My biggest gripe was that the room isn't equipped with a single cup, plate, or utensil. You have to request them and it's based on availability. Every other extended stay has the basics in the room upon check-in and you can request additional cooking pieces as needed. I've never been to a hotel that has zero cups (paper or glass). I travel 3 weeks and am home 1 week, so 75% of my life is spent on the road. For ~$10/day more you can stay at a modernized IHG or Hilton Property that serves hot breakfast. If you're looking for somewhere in between permanent housings this place might be a good fit for you. If you're staying only a few nights I'd probably avoid it.
