Joe and his team were responsive, thorough, and hard working. They took the time to understand the project and budget. They took extra steps to save us money when possible, but not at the expense of quality or outcome. The build remained on their projected timeline even with some weather delays. We will use them again.

I remodeled the back half of my oversized garage to build out a bonus room. Joe has his team were the perfect fit for my project performing exceptional work in an accelerated timeline. I would highly recommend the JFC PRO team for your construction project if you expect a high quality product, at a reasonable price, with professional communication and services along the way. In the early phases of my project, I was discouraged when other contractors would not be available to take on my project or would give me highly inflated bids. However, when I met with Joe he listened to my project requirements, expectations, and my budget. Together we were able to work out a solution that would work for both of us. Joe provide me a quote on the same day as the walk through meeting and was able to get to work on my project as soon as the building permits were issue! The JFC PRO team performed all the work to the plans and specifications. The team worked diligently with the various trades and subcontractors showing up routinely and consistently. The framers had the old garage demoed and the new frame built in less than 2 weeks. From there, the coordination between insulation, electrical, drywall teams allowed then project to keep moving along at a steady pace. At the end of the day, I am extremely happy with how the project turned out and would use JFC PROS again in the future for any construction needs.
