        I went there with the company van to do a wash. The company has the unlimited sticker with the card assigned to the van. District manager was running the wash today. He gave me attitude cause the sticker was loose. He provided a new sticker but stated that he had to adhere to the glass himself then he was threatening to cancel the van subscription if he sees the sticker loose the next time around. Geez,. Relax man, life it's short. If you are having a bad day don't take it on me. I even have you the new replacement card to update the account and told you that the reason it was loose was because the glass was replaced. For $19.99 a month you are giving a customer an attitude...wow! Have a nice day!

        Good value for the money here. It's a new location so the equipment is nice and in good working order. It's not touchless so it sweeps away the road salt, brake dust and grime.

        Car wash left huge scratch!! I paid $25 to get my car messed up!! District Manager Sean Meagher called me just to argue that this has never happened to anybody in 9 years and was incredibly sarcastic and didnt even apologize Services: Auto detailing, Car waxing, Polishing

      Golden Nozzle Car Wash started in the 1970’s as a complement to the other motoring public businesses owned by F.L. Roberts & Company, headquartered in Springfield, MA. The name ‘Golden Nozzle’ derived from the color of the gas station pumps at F.L. Robert gas stations in Western Massachusetts. In the fall of 2016, Nouria Energy acquired F.L. Roberts & Company’s 26 convenience store and 22 Golden Nozzle Car Wash locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut. The chain has become the gold standard for car care in the region. Golden Nozzle’s successful Unlimited Wash Pass program began in 2008. Members of the monthly wash program enjoy unlimited car washes at any Golden Nozzle Car Wash location in five New England states.
