McGovern Buick GMC Collision and Body Center

I was really apprehensive about bringing my 2016 Buick to the dealership for repairs. I had a lot of preconceived notions in my head, none of them turned out to be true. The staff at the service dept were so nice and accommodating. They even let me leave my car overnight due to my work schedule. My car has been running like a champ since it was fixed. I am so relieved that my Buick will most likely be around for several more years - even though I did some new car window shopping. My advisers were Victoria and Anthony.

We had a wonderful experience, working with John Goslow and Vin was a pleasure, they accommodated our needs and were quick and efficient. Its not always easy or fun car shopping but they really were great!

The service rep was friendly and professional. She had extremely helpful and searched for rebates/coverage. She was able to get my entire cost covered by the manufacture. She is new to the company and a great asset already. Hard to find employees like that these days.
