        Updated Anthony called, they will re-caulk the siding and apologized for the incident. Again, Im having issues with water seepage. The last time they fix it when it rains no water leaked, however they power washed the siding today and it leaked by the window. Opened a work order and they closed without even coming in to see the issue, saying it was fixed. Called the office and spoke to a lady and verbatim said the same thing, paying so much for rent here to have this issue not truly be resolved and to have then not care is just unbelievable.

        "Above and beyond". Having lived in some rough places, after almost 6 months I am happy to share I'm thoroughly impressed! The place is clean and equipped for what you would need in a home. I'm very happy living here. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and appropriately. When I moved in I had requested new dishwasher racks due to rust- they went above and beyond by replacing the whole dishwasher. Later a leaking sprinkler in a utility closet caused some damage, the sprinkler got replaced and wall refinished. Recently the bathroom sink faucet was grungy and couldn't remove, replaced no issue. My fridge just stopped working, it isn't repairable so they have placed a temporary refrigerator in the apartment until the new one arrives. It has felt like one thing after another *but it is ok* because everything gets taken care of around here unlike at other places. It feels good to be here and is the reason for my random decision to leave a review.
