Dr. David C. Reed, MD - Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston

Dr. Reed is a first class highly competent, communicative and compassionate eye specialist. Hes been completely on the ball with getting me the care I need through a retinal detachment and all that goes with it including laser surgery for lattice and further detachment prevention. I know Im in good hands and have complete trust in his skills and judgment. I couldnt recommend him highly enough

Unable to schedule me in the Boston area (where I live) for emergency vitreous surgery, my regular surgeon referred me to Dr. Reed and his team at their Sandwich,MA office. Dr. Reed personally called me the evening before the surgery to explain the process. His team was welcoming and the procedure was flawless. I highly recommend Dr. Reed and his team!

I was referred to Dr. Reed by my optometrist for a same day emergency (the retinas in both eyes had started to detach). He was professional and talented -- he explained what was going on, and performed laser treatment in the same session. I couldn't have been in better hands. In addition, the culture of his staff was awesome -- balancing fun with professionalism. A++
