        Rooms: Cottages are well-maintained, and are nice decorated with Cape Cod theme. Walkability: Short walk to public beach on Lewis Bay Noteworthy details: The salt water marsh behind our cottage glistened in the cold November air. We awoke each morning to the gentle light of the rising sun through the quarter-height window over the headboard.

        If youre looking for a quiet, cozy, beach visit on the Cape, this is the place for you. Just steps from the ocean and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The staff are helpful and nonintrusive, the accommodations are comfortable and clean. The grounds are beautiful, lush green grass and fragrant hydrangeas. I highly recommend and enjoyed my recent visit immensely.

        We had a phenomenal time at Colonial Acres! YOU CANNOT BEAT THIS LOCATION FOR THIS PRICE. They offer so much and the activities and ladies running them are reason enough to keep coming back. I am so glad we decided to stay here for the week. It will be hard to stay anywhere else on the Cape when we return.
