        If you dont use Robys dont start now. They were bought out and the service is now awful. On auto delivery. Bill was paid. Propane down to 13% and no one delivered any propane and no one called back. So now were 3% away from being an emergency with an unsafe home when its 20 degrees out.

        Service men never get back to you in an emergency and they drop off gas at YOUR neighbor's house and expect you to pay for it, I would give them NO stars

        They had propane at a good price! They only do full tank refills, not by the gallon, so if your tank isn't empty, you're paying for the whole thing. Not a big deal if you know ahead of time. No frills but good price!

        Terrible customer service from Sandra. 10 year customer, never been more happy to cancel service and give my business to somebody else. Decision made to cancel their service after 30 seconds of talking to her on the phone trying to clear up an $80 payment issue I was completely unaware of since they dont know how to leave a voicemail or mail a letter. Use literally anybody else.

        Arrived at 11:52 told me they closed at 12. Told me to go to Lowes and get my tank filled. Didnt care told me to go elsewhere. Terrible.
