Keith Dmytryck at Innovation Construction has been my contractor for over 30 years. He has done all sorts of job for us: kitchen remodel, window replacement, garden shed, house shingled, etc. Every single time the job has been done on time and on budget. The subcontractors always showed up as promised. When I hear other people complain about there interaction with contractors, I always tell them there is a better choice. Yesterday was a good example of the kind of follow up service one can expect. I had a door that needed the lock set replaced. A small job with a small price tag. Many contractors couldn't be bothered, but Keith had someone here quickly and the problem was solved in 15 minutes. I give my unqualified endorsement to Keith and Innovation Construction.

I gave Keith and Inovation Constrution a challenging project to rebuild my deck on my 35 foot high seawall. Keith worked very close with the conservation committee and Town inspector to complete the project on time and at a resonable cost. I would highly recommend Innovation Constrution.

Keith did several jobs for me at a cottage I prchased in Wareham: Adding gutters to the roof, building a new laundry closet, sanding and painting the front deck, adding an outdoor shower, and upgrading the heating, plumbing and electrical systems. He was very thorough in the job that he did, and always paid attention to detail. He gave great advice on how things should be done, and was very clear about what was required. Because he cares about the final product, he made sure everything was done to his satisfaction, As opposed to settling for "good enough". I would certainly recommend his services for projects large and small.

Had Keith and his crew build new front steps for us and they also helped us out big time last winter with ice damns. Highly recommended! Will definitely hire again.
