Chris Gerber helped my wife and I purchase both our primary home (2015 in Enfield, CT) and our first investment real estate (2024 in Springfield, MA). During both experiences with Chris, what I can say is that Chris is always available. Most importantly, it is about his opinion and advise. Chris does not hold back when a home is over priced, will be costly with repair or bad neighborhood. It took us over 8 months to find what our investment was going to be and Chris was very patient all along. For our next investment property, I will call Chris again. Thank you Chris. Chris helped me find my starter condo 6 years ago and now has helped me find my forever home. For someone who knows nothing about real estate, Chris was always there (at any hour) to answer questions, give advice, or get us into a showing ASAP. While this process can be grueling, frustrating, and disappointing, Chris was always there with a positive attitude and encouragement that we would find the right home. I could not be more happy with his service along with Chera, his transaction coordinator, who made things seamless! I highly recommend anyone in the housing market to have Chris on your "team".
