Gets rave reviews on OpenTable. Not sure it lives up to the hype. Food was good, not amazing. Prices were on the high side. Reserved a high top table two weeks ahead of the evening and they stuck us right next to the bar/prep area, separated by a piece of plexiglas. Server didn't give us bread after we ordered, and I had to ask for it very late into the meal ... then I saw three other tables get theirs before she finally went and got ours (after I asked yet again). All in all, not likely to return.

Im giving BNapoli a 3 only because the menu is WAAAAY overpriced. 6 raviolis for $28? And $14 extra for the salad? OK then Ill skip the salad. Still the service was excellent. And the atmosphere sparkles. Prepare to pay a steep price, and enjoy your meal.

Top notch service and food consistently (this is the cliff notes). We go a couple times a year it is always delicious, always amazing service, food is brought out timely, servers know the menu and specials inside and out. Great experience time after time. Dietary restrictions: They ask about restrictions. Parking: You can park on the street or they offer a valet service from the front door. Kid-friendliness: Not really a place for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: I don't believe there are any automatic doors but it is on the ground level with no steps.
