Nothing tasted right Mac and cheese with pulled pork was dry and undercooked .turkey dinner was sub par overly lumpy potato's mushy dressing . Dry turkey no cranberry. No flavor to the squash.French fries were hard like rocks not crispy ..baked beans no flavor and dry .corn bread was good .

Awesome atmosphere- really cool seating in the back. Food was fantastic. We ordered mozzarella wedges while we looked at the menu and they came out so quick. I ordered a flatbread cheeseburger which was so delicious (I am drooling just thinking about how good it was!) and my daughter ordered Mac & Cheese with brisket and loved it. I cant wait to come here again. Thank you for being open and for having such great food!

I ate here on Thursday March 28th. I had Lunch. I ate the Chicken Pot Pie. I thought it was just ok. The portion size seemed small to me.

I highly recommend going to The Crest Room in West Springfield for a fun night out! Its right on route 20, so its easy to get to, and had lots of room for parking. There was a cozy bar section with a super friendly bartender, and all kinds of sports on the TVs if you want to catch a game. Then there was also a really cool enclosed heated patio section with another bar/tables to sit to eat at. While I didnt eat there that night (definitely planning to go back multiple times to try everything on the menu at some point because it all sounded delicious - especially the BBQ!), I did partake in a tasty mixed drink - The Lucky Redhead - which was perfect after a long day at work. And of course, my favorite part, they have a spot for local musicians to set up shop so you can have a little entertainment while eating. My friend Jon Berman played there the other night, and it was so fun to see the other patrons laughing, singing along to his music, and engaging with him. It was also nice to see people go up to Jon after and ask questions about his music and where he would be playing next so they could come out to see him again! Theres nothing better than seeing people supporting our local musicians, so thank you, Crest Room, for allowing that to happen. 10/10 definitely recommend this place! Get out and support local restaurants and local musicwe cant let this kind of setting die out!
