        The staff were pleasant and attentive refilling coffee several times. Unfortunately my pancakes were burnt and I should have said something but was with several others and didnt want to hold them up. The chef had to know they were burnt so why serve them to a customer. This was not our first time at Charlies usually the food is excellent.I do wish I had said something because they were not eatable.Will return just not anytime soon.

        It's a cute old school diner. We were a group of 5 with 3 kids and got right in. The staff was so accommodating and upbeat. They were very busy but we were able to order right away and our food came out shortly after. Everything we ordered was great and service was impeccable. Our waitress Heather was great with the kids and was so pleasant. All around great experience, we will definitely be back!
