        The WORST insurance company! I was hit by a drunk driver that was insured by Arbella over 6 months ago. They still have not paid for my medical bills as they promised they would. They offered me a $500 one time payment and kept pushing me to sign off and close the case. Over $4k in damages done to my vehicle and they could care less. They are the most heartless people. I assure you, any other company is better than this poor excuse of an insurance company. 6 months later and Im still waiting on my medical bills to be paid. The communication is horrid and they should be ashamed of their representatives-theyre all pushy and rude.

        This is The worst insurance company Ive ever dealt with they chose not to renew my insurance policy. And they told me I had up till December 21 To find a new insurance company company and they would help me find a new one. We never heard back from the and then when we called she said oh I sent you emails Ive called you. No you havent you havent done your job . Then today on december 13 they give me the information i need 6 days only to find a new policy. This is a horrible place to deal with SLEEEZYYYY People
