Not impressed I gave them specific instructions for the delivery one of the reason I chose delivery was because the piece of bedroom furniture need to go upstairs to the second floor well they left it in the living room so now I have figured out how bring up stairs myself not happy with the delivery wasted time and money

A few minutes after walking in and perusing the furniture I was politely and professionally greeted by Ana, who simply introduced herself and let me know that shed be available for me if I had any questions. When a question inevitably arose, she wasnt hard to find. She then guided me through my buying process one step at a time, answering all of my questions, never making me feel compelled to buy right then and there, and never applying any other sort of pressure. She is a Saleswoman who knows that good business, and not higher pressure tactics, is what earns the sale. Ill be looking for her again when its time for my next furniture purchase.

The outlet store here is AMAZING. I had tried shopping at their main store and their pushy and pesky salespeople made me leave. I was driving to another furniture store and saw this outlet before deciding to stop in. Boy howdy am I glad I did. They had a great selection, sales people who were incredibly helpful and not pushy. I was able to walk in, find what I wanted, purchase it and walk out the door within 30 minutes. Amazing service, amazing people, amazing selection.
