They'll hold your items hostage bc theyre never actually open. I've gone back 3 times now to try and pick up my coat and they're always closed. I go between 11:30 and 12 when I get out of work, and they're supposedly open until 3, but no one is ever there. Try calling too and no answer, no way to leave a voice-mail either.

I had high hopes for my experience with alterations for a bridesmaid dress, but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. Not only was it very expensive for little work, I wasnt taken seriously or treated like my opinion mattered. I was given a specific time to pick up my dress and when I got there, she was not there and the shop was closed. I went a second time, and there was sign on the door that said be right back. I waited over 20 minutes until someone came back. To top it off, they were out of garment bags.
