Just finished a very productive meeting with Jake Loyd from Vista. I asked for a quote to have my house resided. He worked hard and came up with a great price for what is sure to be a great job.

We had our bathroom done by Vista a year ago. We were very impressed by the whole process from start to finish and love our bathroom. Having experienced such great service and efficiency we decided to go again with Vista for a new roof and three skylights. Angelo Passerini came out today to give us an estimate and get the ball rolling. What a very nice man he is. Polite, personable and he knew his product inside out. He was patient with our questions, and it was a very enjoyable experience. We can't wait to see our new roof and skylights.

Like B. Sewkumar, I too did not get through the appointment setting stage and for the same reasons, the 90 minute visit and both owners being present. These may seem like reasonable request but you must understand that not all customers are the same. Please consider the following; For many years my wife and I have owned multiple properties and she does not care about the color of siding for a house she's not going to live in. Over the years we've hired many contractors and tradesmen, very few of them get to meet my wife. On one occasion when we were installing new windows in one of our rental properties she kept the appointment. She sat quietly for over an hour until it was time to choose the color. She pointed to the color we both already agreed upon and the contractor said "That's all we need you for, you can go now". Needless to say, my wife was furious. It was a demeaning experience and since that time she will only meet with a contractor when she chooses to, NOT ON DEMAND. If you need confirmation that both owners agree to the work why don't you just say that and let the customer decide how. A notarized letter, a phone call or a Zoom meeting will suffice. As for the 90 minute meeting, It takes less than 40 minutes to list the work we need done and choose the material we want. Measuring the exterior and calculating the quote they must do on their own time, and get back to us with the quote. After we compare the quotes, we choose the company. It's a mistake to think we would sign the contract on the spot so why make us wait, we don't need 90 minutes for that. Needless to say, we went with a different company. Tom

We went through Vista for our new roof. Angelo was amazing! Thorough, thorough, thorough! Provided samples of all the materials, complete explanation of process, and contract details. Friendly and punctual. Knows his stuff and is obviously proud to work for Vista. Highly recommend.
