I give this location 0 stars !!!!! because of how rude and unaccomadating they are. We showed up with my family and another family after getting off the flight with the car already paid for. When we go to the counter we give them our ID and credit card , not good enough, they told us we needed 2 forms of ID and credit cards didnt count. They never told us anything in email or our confirmation. They just told us its on the website we finally get the car and we got the cheap mystery car for 4 people. They gave us a Camaro and there was no back seat room. We went back in and asked if we could get another mystery car and they said no thats not how that works. So then we had to end up paying for a regular car to get enough seats and its not even clean. It has dog hair all over. My other family member was also not allowed to get a car due to whatever reason such as the IDs and they were rude and not helpful at all. So since my other family couldnt get a car we had to then upgrade AGAIN for a bigger car for the all of us. Worst experience ever.

Not always the best rates, but we try to rent from this location anyway because the service is just outstanding. As stated in another customer review, Matt is the man indeed! Always helpful, always has us laughing and is just a kind, kind person. I hope that Budget appreciates and rewards him for his efforts.
