2 feet of what is now ice in parking lot of complex. No plow. Have to call them up to remind them to salt their walkways. They ignore issues you bring to their attention until you withhold your rent. True slumlords since under new ownership

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM ! I have been a tenant for 5 years and this is the worst experience I've ever had renting, they do not respond to emergency situations, they will just let the stairs to the front of your apartment rot for years and when one breaks they will just screw the shit boards back, so it can fall apart again in 1 month. This place has just been going down hill with the service they provide, their website makes it look like they have nice property but in reality it's a lie everything will fall apart and rot, coming from someone who works in construction I've never seen a worse property management team would rate 0 stars if I could. There is one washer and dryer for over a hundred people , your lucky if it works, the parking lot has trash and garbage everywhere. They rarely plow in the winter. I could keep on going and going . Imagine the worst renting experience you can, and you will be imagining Madison square reality
