Clean slate saved my life! If it wasn't for them...I wouldn't be here...It helps that the staff are amazing...I love being greeted by Charitza and Darcy..The dynamic duo!! Always smiling and positive!!! When I'm late for my appointment..They call me within 20 mins (because they know how important my sobriety is to me) They're both really good about booking my appointments early...I can't thank them enough...This program works if you let it!! Good luck to you...This is definitely the first step to being clean and sober!

Ive had great experiences over the years, you give what you get. Never gave a bad experience always made my randoms on time never had an issue with pharmacy or providers
The only NEGATIVE is getting a provider that u Vibe with and they leave

Very professional, the staff is always extremely nice and helpful, and seem to actually care for their patients. I give them five stars because Ive been through a lot and they helped me through all of it.
