True Water Quality

We'd finally had enough of the smell and taste of the water in our recently purchased house, and were fortunate to stumble upon TWQ when searching for contractor to remediate the problem. We live along the shoreline in CT, but after reading the customer reviews for the company, I decided to give them a call and see if my location was within the radius of their business. I'm glad I did. The owner spent time discussing the problem with me over the phone, made an appointment to come to my house and, unlike so many contractors, not only didn't cancel, but also showed up on time. The owner was very professional when discussing the problem, offered suggestions on remediation, how the reverse osmosis system works, where he would mount the unit, how he would attach the unit to existing piping, the filter replacement schedule. etc. He covered it all, and said I could give him a call any time I had a question or a problem . Needless to say, we are very happy with his work. We finally have water that doesn't smell or taste like chemicals, If you're having issues with your water, we highly recommend TWQ.

We could not be more happy with Roger and True Water Quality. We were all set to go with another company when we found True Water Quality on-line. As soon as we met him and before we saw his meticulous and thoughtful work we hired him! Here is the reason, Roger cares. He cares about health and he cares about the importance of clean water. He didn't walk in trying to sell us or up-sell us but rather consult, educate, and inform . He has a cool, calm, friendly style that translates in everything he does. He cared for our home as if it was his own. Our system is a work of art and we look forward to many years of healthy TRUE WATER! We highly recommend Roger!

Roger was a pleasure to work with and is an expert installer. He was very professional and thoroughly communicative during the entire process of installing our reverse osmosis water filtration system. He presented us with options, described the entire process, and was generous with his time. His installation was extremely clean and he took the time to explain how to change filters and what to look out for in case something went wrong. He coached us through the options for type of countertop faucet and size of the system in case you want more capacity. His price was reasonable given the time involved to run lines to the counter faucet and the refrigerator (ice-maker and in-door water system). Look no further if you are looking for a competent, professional and honest water filtration installer! He's the one.

We recently hired TWQ to install a carbon water filtration system and would highly recommend them. Where another company quoted us a water softening system based on a phone call, TWQ came our house to test the water which showed our water was already soft. Instead, they found high PH which combines with chlorine byproducts to cause problems we were experiencing. These included laundry not smelling fresh, residue in long hair, and itchy scalp. The new system is quickly showing results with soaps lathering, clothes smelling better, and hair looking and feeling cleaner. Our water also tastes like bottled water. TWQ was great to work with and we highly recommend them. They are responsive and communicate clearly, show up on time, and have been friendly and made the whole process easy.
