When I was searching for a real estate agent in quest of a house in South Yarmouth on Cape Cod in MA, I knew Kelly Schwartz was the perfect real estate agent for this task. I sold my home in CT and wanted to buy a home on the cape that I could retire in. She understood that I was only available to look at homes on the weekends and she was quick to ease my mind that this would not be an issue for her and she made herself available whatever day and time I could get to the cape. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable with more than just the real estate market on Cape Cod as she was so well versed and knowledgeable with all the local requirements of the state of MA that every buyer should know. She was extremely communitive as she would send me daily updates on new real estate listing that met all of my requirements in a new home. Kelly and I spent endless weekends viewing multiple homes on Saturdays and Sundays together before she found the perfect house in the perfect area that I can now call home. Kelly was very diligent, patient as we continued down this journey together and she guided me every step of the way without any hesitation. She established and maintained an open dialogue with the sellers realtor and kept me abreast of all the details from the offer stage through final closing. Kelly Schwarz was always a pleasure to work with. On two occasions I worked with her selling my properties on Cape Cod, both in Dennis, MA. Both times she was excited about the work to be done and optimistic about how my properties would do on the market. She wasn't shy about what needed to be done, either, recommending what the buyers look for in each type of house and the best ways to make it pop in photos. She definitely has flair for decorating a room. She was also quick to let us know about offers and which ones would be best based on the current market. As a real estate agent, Kelly is wonderful and trustworthy. She's always upfront about what needs to be done and will give you the best options to get your money's worth.
