AVOID!!!! Incredibly horrible experience. The owner literally said "I'm not doing your taxes and I do not have to tell you why" and hung up. I am a family man with one job that bought and sold one house. Nothing complicated.

This is the last time I will use or recommend The Tax Center. First, I received a phone call cancelling an appointment I had on Thursday the 15th saying that Ann would now not be in the office like they originally said she would. We were offered Saturday the 10th instead. I took it even though it was less convenient for us. I informed the receptionist that I had a complicated return and she took notes and booked us an hour time slot. When we arrived Ann asked what was new and we told her we were married and had sold rental property. She said oh, Im so sorry but its too late in the tax season to deal with a property being sold and its depreciation. The tax filing deadline has been moved to May 15th. She suggested we go somewhere else because she didnt have the time to do our returns. I explained to her that I had prepared her receptionist with our information ahead of time. She again apologized and refused to prepare our taxes for us. I am beyond disappointed and angry.
