My husband and I lived in one of the properties managed by KLV for two years, and our experience was excellent. The management was easily reachable regarding any maintenance concerns or other issues, and they were always resolved within 24 hours. We highly recommend living in one of their apartments.

I've had a wonderful experience renting my apartment with KLV. They keep the properties well maintained, and are quick to respond to any issues. I've been locked out at 7 PM and had someone over to get me back in in less than 30 minutes. They're also willing to be flexible and accommodating, within reason, to issues with rent payments. Their property managers Kate and Kelly are delightful, responsive, and always willing to help with a problem. Great folks to rent from.

We have had such a great experience with KLV Property Management. My family has been in a townhouse managed by them for over a year now, and I have more than a few stories that speak to their integrity and professional execution as a business. They go above and beyond. Ill share one. During the coldest day of the year the pipes burst in my apartment. I wasnt home as I was working that weekend and at 5:30AM came home to water flowing through the first floor of my home as if it was raining inside. It was a SUNDAY, I immediately called my contact at KLV for our property as I didnt know what to do or how to turn the water off. Can I mention again how this was 5:30AM on a SUNDAY? KLV was back in touch with me within 30 minutes and within an hour I had someone running into my house to turn off the water and immediately working on repairs. There was so much damage but KLV & their team immediately jumped into action. They carefully & with care removed everything from our first floor. Everything was brought down to the studs to repair the damage. New floor/carpet/stonewall/ceilings. It was a mess but they were thorough and had it done within three days including new lighting we didnt have before. They went and often go above and beyond. My family absolutely recommends KLV Property Management to both landlords seeking management as well as any potential tenants.
