Had some structural repairs done in our basement. We were stressed and had a lot of questions. Chris and his team were very honest and fair and they answered all of our questions and kept us in the loop through the entire process. I'm really glad we went with Beam and Structural Repair co and we will be contacting them in the future when we need more repairs.

I hired Beam & Structural Repair earlier this month for decent sized scope in my 1912 home (removing a load-bearing wall and replacing it with an LVL beam, leveling out a section of the home that had settled downwards over the years, and adding a beam with concrete supports underneath my wood floored barn-garage so it could support my SUV). One major thing that stood out to me was their ability to bring humor into the relationship (in a way that made me feel like I had known them for years) while still maintaining professionalism. They brought awesome energy to the worksite that made the entire process much more enjoyable and less stressful. On a few different details that other contractors might have signed off on as "good enough" - the guys went back and turned "good enough" into "great" without even being asked. Ryan even texted me before starting the job with a better solution for the placement of the LVL beam that he thought up over the weekend. Before hiring this crew, I had multiple engineers and carpenters over to help me understand the structural issues I had on my hands and what it would take to fix them. Every time someone left, I felt like I was no closer to resolution (and frankly, like a lot of contractors were straight guessing at solutions) - but these guys clearly knew what they were talking about and detailed how they'd fix each issue as we did the walkthrough. I don't say this often (I am months into a pretty significant renovation and a bit jaded) - but I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ryan and his team (Chris, TT, and Matt) were an absolute joy to work with and craftsmen in their work. Each interaction (text updates on the work schedule, end of day walkthroughs, phone calls with Cheryl in the office) was informative, friendly, and respectful.
