        Needing an eviction is never a fun situation. But Jan and Melissa made it easier than I planned. I called them and explained the situation and they had the tenant served the same day! They made sure everything was done quickly on their end so it never got delayed. Unfortunately I have another eviction now, but I knew exactly who to call and they got right on it! Appreciative for this firm.

        We own a multi family home in Yarmouth Port Massachusetts. We recently had a nonpayment of rent as well as police involvement issues with one of our tenants. We contacted Michael Pierce @PierceLaw for assistance. While we didnt choose the best tenant, the choice of Mike to represent us was the right one. Mike was responsive and professional.
