Wow. What can I say, Ali is THE BEST commercial real estate agent on The Cape. From the first day I reached out to her, she was at the building within 2 days walking through and taking an assessment. She then was able to list the property within a week, had a tenant come look at the building within 2 weeks, and we have a signed 5 year lease within 2 months (delayed by lawyers). Make AMG your first call when looking to lease out your building and you won't regret.
