This place is ridiculous, my girlfriend bought a car here and the owner Taylor Gomez is a joke it was actually kind of funny dealing with her. Lets start from the beginning one day about a month ago my girlfriend saved up all of her money to buy her dream car a Volkswagen Eos. We paid in full after talking to taylors husband and some other guy it was a nice car. 2 weeks later we go to register it and the R I dmv tells us its a salvage/junk title. Taylor gave us a clean title during the sale. I than call her and try to get my refund because this was not stated and I cant even get it registered in Rhode Island because after this car was fixed they never even got a new title for it. So now im stuck with filing a small claims against her because she robbed us. on the phone after i explained how a rebuilt title works to a CAR SALES PERSON. she realized she messed up and blocked my contact. Keep in mind this is also during my warranty period and the CEL is on the dash. Mass law requires they fix it. Taylor might be the most incompetent person ive ever met. Her and her husband will put on a show for you, but read the other reviews.

A friend of mine took her vehicle here after an accident. They had it for over 6 months! They always had many excuses to why her car wasn't done! Finally she had to threaten them with filing criminal charges against them! They threw her car back together. She had it towed to another mechanic and they said if she had driven the car. There was a safety issue because nothing was tightened down properly!! Take your vehicle ANYWHERE but here!!

Do not use this shop. They are known for keeping your car after a collision and not giving it back even though they have the insurance money. Someone I know car has been there for going on 5 months and they have not touched it. They also will not give her car back which is the worst part to me. DO NOT USE THEM!!
