Ed and his crew were very professional and hard working. Their expertise and attention to details was as hoped for. They demolished my poorly constructed "finished" basement and turned it into a very usable and esthetically pleasing space. They replaced old and hideous stairs with a beautiful staircase and banister to the first floor. Our cement floors were leveled and a new engineered vinyl plank flooring was installed. The stairs in the bulkhead were replaced as well as the bulkhead itself. They identified problematic areas that needed attention and took care to fix it after discussion. Communication with Ed was terrific. He answered all of our concerns promptly throughout the process. Ed, Ben, and Bob were pleasant to work with and they went above and beyond to please us. We are so happy we chose Williams Custom Construction. I fully recommend them for any remodeling work. Our basement flooded recently and we had to tear down paneling and some of the wall. Williams Construction was prompt, efficient, and professional. They were able to refinish the paneling and repaint the walls all in one weekend. I was very impressed by their work and will be using them again.
