We cannot speak highly enough of India! She is an experienced professional with aptitude, a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the wisdom to know when to elevate a conversation and to assert herself versus when to pull back, to empathize, and to listen. My husband and I worked with her over the span of about 4 months and made 2 offers, the second of which became the home were living in now! Whats more, because of a complex tax situation with the property and the seller, India was tasked with both researching minute details that the average real estate agent would not deign to research and learn about in as much detail as she did, but instead took the time to explain both the industry specifics/nitty-gritty and the laypersons version of events to us to help reassure us of what we could expect. I personally got the sense that a lot of other people in her field outsource their clients questions to other agents or industry professionals when its outside of their area of expertise, but India never did that, instead ensuring a smooth line of communication all while wearing what seemed like a dozen hats. India knows so much about the ins-and-outs of her industry! When my spouse and I werent sure what to do, whom to tell certain things to and how to resolve minor conflicts and confusion with other parties involved in the purchase of our home, India advised us along the way with an impressive sense of diplomacy and confidence. Lastly, as a young professional close to my and my husbands age, we witnessed India handle herself with composure and a steadfast commitment to her bottom-line of representing us and our sale when she needed to work with other real estate agents, lawyers, and banking professionals, most of whom were much older than us and many of whose spotty or unclear communicationor lack thereof!India easily bested without seeming even to try. Her sense of calm and zen were near-preternatural at times, but thats simply because shes deeply prepared and knowledgeable. Simply put, we are delighted with the outcome of our decision to work with India and cannot recommend her heartily enough. She has the goods and all of the skills you would ever need an informed + professional real estate agent to possess. Shes the best!
