I've been shopping in natural foods stores for 53 years, and in Whole Foods (many locations) for 29 years. I've rated this store 3 stars because it either doesn't stock or is regularly out-of-stock of several items that I simply expect a natural foods store to have.
I've never seen these 3 items in this store:
1. Food for Life Ezekiel 4:9 hamburger buns (although I've seen many other styles of Ezekiel 4:9 bread);
2. Field Roast brand vegan Field Burgers (although I've seen numerous other vegan meat-like products made by Field Roast);
3. Any brand of xylitol-sweetened chewing gum (such as Pr, Spry, Zellies) in containers of at least 50. Yes, there are small packs of 12 or so at the registers. Those are much to small to be worth the price to me.
I've occasionally seen vegan roasts in the store, there's even a 365-brand one. There are numerous brands of these: Tofurky, Field Roast, Gardein, Celebration Roast. The last time I was in this store (mid-March), there were none of any brand.
All of these are staple items for me. I used to get them at Wegman's in the Natick Mall, but it closed almost a year ago.
