I just passed 1 year of quite happy office rental from LocalWorks' Wellesley, MA location. It's an attractively priced, friendly, informal and very responsive operation. Everybody gets along and everybody has as much privacy as they want at any given moment. There are 17 offices here, all private, surrounding a quite spacious central common. A micro but functional kitchen is included, as are strong and reliable wifi, mail/package services, security, and plenty of free parking. The LocalWorks section takes up 1/2 of 1 floor of a large and extremely well maintained and managed 3-floor office building right off Rte 9 in Wellesley. It has a pleasant and professional enough feel. A particular bonus is, anytime we need something like a coffee machine or repair, we contact Barry or Syrita at LW HQ and they make it happen pronto, zero hassle. My co-tenants are a very mixed bag of ages, sexes, and statuses - some are far-flung employees of larger organizations, some are doing startups, some are small businesses, some are rarely seen. It works, smiles all around.
