Owner Entry and David White have been very helpful in our FSBO properties. We have used their services two times in the last three years. Their on-line process is easy and helpful in getting our properties on the major real estate sites. We have saved over $40,000 on our last two properties. We will be helping a family member sell their home in a few months and using Owner Entry again.

David White's OwnerEntry service helped me with a Sale by Owner MLS listing, and not as my seller's agent. Other than the listing, he was minimally involved in the process. I think that the MLS listing definitely helped me sell my house - I got an offer the very fist weekend after listing the house, with some luck/timing factor as the house was previously listed with an actual agent and couldn't sell for over 3 months. I recommend using his basic tier (Silver) service as he didn't provide any of the features of the Platinum tier I paid for, so paying extra was a waste of money. I asked David for a partial refund and he never responded. Still, I think the Silver package is worth it.
