Negative. I've had Homeowner coverage thru Baldwin Insurance for many years with nary a claim. Here's what happened to me: we had a hailstorm, possibly damaging the roof. A huckster went onto the roof and claimed he saw damage qualifying for insurance replacement, which he would take care of 100%. I was skeptical and asked the agency for guidance. The agency's advice was to submit a claim and see what happens, so I did that. The result was denial of the claim and a promise to nonrenew unless I replace the roof at my own expense! I called my original roofer for a quote. He looked at the roof and said it doesn't need replacement at all! When I confronted Baldwin's owner for giving me bad advice, he adamantly denied it. I can't easily change agents because current home underwriting standards must then be met, for me requiring big dollars. So many people with older homes are stuck with their original agent. Even though I may not be able to leave this agency, potential new customers should be wary of it.

I've been using Baldwin Insurance for several years now and have had a great experience with Mike and his associates. They are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to get you out on the road. Thank you for all of your help.

Baldwin, Welsh and Parker is a great insurance company to work with. Steve Joyce has been so helpful to us in navigating the auto insurance maze with 2 college-age boys! I highly recommend them!
