They do excellent work especially if you have expensive clothing. Sweaters come back with tissue paper to prevent creases. They use hangers that really support garments properly. I bring my down comforters and even my items that require washing versus dry cleaning.  Whites stay white not grimy. And their tailoring is also excellent. They've cut down dresses and slacks for me, pinning them to my shape so they fit perfectly. I love this dry cleaner and use them for all my cleaning and tailoring even though I live ten miles away.

I have been using Gem cleaners for years. That are great at cleaning and pressing my work cloths, suits and also for alterations. They know me by name and are always pleasant to to work with. Their pets even know me and often visit me when I bring and and pick up my things. I highly recommend their services without hesitation.

Your cleaning is way better than a couple of other cleaners in the area. You don't overpress the clothing which helps a lot. Mr. Choi is always pleasant and is efficient and organized. He coordinates the alteration work with the cleaning..and items are always ready on time. Go here with confidence. Everything I've taken in has been cleaned perfectly. I've even had some instances where I ask about an item for possible alteration and they've been upfront with a likely negative outcome. They actually think about their work instead of just accepting everything to make a quick buck.
