WT Phelan Insurance

We used WT Phelan for homeowners insurance. Being first time home buyers, the process seemed overwhelming. We were recommended WT through our mortgage lender and I am glad that they did. From start to finish, Marko was there explaining everything and making sure our needs were met. Through him we were not only able to get a good homeowners policy, but a comparable auto policy that was significantly cheaper than the one we had before. I would highly recommend WT Phelan.

I have never been more disappointed I an insurance company ever before. We had used WT Phelan for our business insurances and auto for over 30 years. They screwed us good during the Covid epidemic we were stuck in FL and our mail was in flux. I was late paying our quarterly auto payment by 2 days. They cancelled our insurances and we were left hanging without all 3 of our business vehicles. I paid online and they would not reinstate my auto insurance policy. The Sales Rep Kevin Kehoe was aligned more with his underwriters and the Hanover Insurance Company gave us no help no grace period during this CoVid. Even though I made a mistake in our late payment in full they would not reinstate my auto insurance with any leeway at all of considerations under the Covid epidemic. I just needed some time to transfer the policies but they left us hanging without use of our vehicles totally. They are the worst insurance company I have ever experienced. Never, Never, Never use these people you will be sorry!
