Absolutely wonderful experience! We needed to redo our basement flooring from foam tiles, but were very unsure what we wanted to do. The team of BFC helped us and humored us as we changed our minds often, asked many questions and hemmed and hawed. In the end, we came up with a custom solution that worked perfectly for us - half carpet and half rubber flooring for working out. The quote was shockingly reasonable, the scheduling was a breeze and the installation crew was professional, speedy and simply lovely to work with. I cannot recommend Boston Floor Covering enough!

Terrible, terrible experience.  During the initial estimate visit, the rep from the company identified a number of problems with the subfloor and said it would have to be extensively repaired before the laminate was installed.  This was for both safety reasons and the performance of the laminate.  When the crew arrived for installation, they had no idea what the issues were and did little to no repair and instead put the laminate right over a buckling, uneven surface.  When I called to complain, they were entirely dismissive.  No one in management even offered to check to see the quality of the work.  The floor looks nice, but because they did not do the necessary repairs, it's completely uneven and when you walk on it, you can feel it sinking and bubbling.  I feel like I was fleeced out of $5000.  Really disappointing and will spread the word far and wide re how awful these people are.
