I needed to mail a small parcel, & found this post office to be awesome. Street parking was easy. There was no line, & they had just the right sized padded envelope I needed. Alan was the employee who helped me, & he was so kind & attentive. Would definitely recommend them for post office needs

This post office used to be wonderful They are horrible I scheduled an appt for passport and when I arrived they said I wasnt on their schedule Then a few months later I tried to sched an appt for my son and the site wouldnt allow me to. I left many msgs to no avail not one returned call. We went in person and they refused to help Dont waste you time with these rude humans

I'm from New bedford and I drive all the way to here for my passport and best thing I did because the customer service was A+ the guy that works there its awesome he even took the time to explain to me and answer all my question !

Very punctual shipping, fast service despite them being constantly understaffed. Cross-state express Shipment arrived next day during busy holiday season
