Paid over $300 out of pocket for an eye exam and contact fitting and the doctor kept prescribing me the wrong prescription. Driving back and forth for over a month picking up the wrong trials. The prescriptions weren't even close causing dizziness and poor vision/fitting. I got seen a second time for a follow up which was free but they already had my money so she rushed through it and barely checked my eyes and prescribed me another poor prescription so I just said yeah its fine and gave up. Never going back here.

Have been going to this site for a few years now for my daughter to get her glasses tightened. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. It was time for new glasses and after going to a few places with no success, we found ourselves back here (they don't take our insurance, otherwise we would have came here first). My daughter almost instantly found 2 pairs of glasses she liked (if you have a preteen you know how difficult it can be to find 1 pair!). They were having a BOGO special, so we opted to get both pairs (which essentially made them 50% off). I arrive home to find a 60% off coupon in the mail (Ugh!). It took 3 weeks for the glasses to come in (we got special lenses), and I still brought the coupon that got mailed to my home in with us when we picked up the glasses. I honestly didn't think they would honor it, since I already made the purchase and it had been 3 weeks, but they did (that was a refund for $130)! And the woman who was doing the adjustments with the glasses to get them just right, was so patient and helpful! We will keep coming back here!

Walking in you are welcomed immediately - when they ask how they can help they direct you within minutes to what you are looking for and are able to answer questions and solve problems without hesitation. Very knowledgable, kind considerate and expedited my needs so well! Every time I have been to Wareham vision works it has been nothing short of efficient and excellence!
