Newly renovated motel with a beautiful view of a landscaped lawn and beach. The owner, Derek, is very kind and friendly. Rooms: The rooms are small but cozy. Big tvs and good internet Nearby activities: 10 minutes from onset Beach. Several parks and trails in the area. Walkability: Nearby restaurant and bar, both within a few minutes of walking distance

The rooms were immaculate and the location is a hidden oasis. New ownership/renovations have it so upscale!!! Perfect for a big family vacation/bachelorette- Ill be back! Thank you Derek

Awesome place to stay! Amazing views and Location! Room was always clean, comfortable bed and everything in the room was up to date and new. Owner was very friendly and helpful, any assistance that was needed I was accommodated and taken care of. Most of the guests were quiet and polite as well. Definitely one of the nicest places in the area.

What a sweet place! Located on a beautiful space of land right on the river, it has super easy access and has great restaurants close by! The rooms are updated and fresh and Derek the owner is so kind, gracious and thoughtful I would definitely recommend staying here when in Wareham!

I recently stayed at the Briarwood Beach Motel and had a great experience! The room was clean, the location was great, and the room was absolutely adorable. What really made my experience exceptional was the owners genuine care & hospitality - he was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and also took the time to provide me with some great local recommendations!! I will definitely be coming back to stay here the next time Im in the area!
