Tom and his wife were some of the nicest, most helpful and most responsive and communicative business owners we have ever worked with. Tom helped us out immensely on relatively short notice and was incredibly flexible with our ever changing needs and schedule upon purchasing a new home that needed a ton of cleaning up front. They did an amazing job with the actual cleaning, we're super thorough, and we had Tom come back to help us with another issue that popped up a few weeks later because we felt so comfortable and impressed with him. So, what can I say? I used Tri Town to clean an investment property after a tenant left a few years ago. The tenant was a smoker so you can imagine. After Tom completed that job you would not know there had been a 20 year smoker in that home. Since then I hired Tom to clean my mother's home prior to sale and the same rental two years later. The results always surpass my expectations. Tom is personable, committed to excellent service and his fees are reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me for a cleaning service!
