Very pleased with the entire roof experience! Skip answered the phone and took time to chat about our issues. He was at a roofing convention and said he would be back next week and would stop by and have a look at our small rubber roof that needed replacing. He texted me the next week after he had a look at the roof. Then emailed me an estimate and a contract. We moved forward pretty quickly- Skip called and said his team would be in town and could be at our house first thing. Nice crew showed up and done! Skip called and we discussed the job a bit, he said to call him any time if we have any issues or questions. He shared info on a roof lichen/moss issue that we are dealing with he shared helpful information. Pleasant guy, only problem is he didnt have more time to chit chat! Very appreciative for this man and his service!
