I love these people. They diagnosed my vacuum issue last year when they discovered a sock lodged in the vacuums handle and pulled it out free of charge. This time I saw the sock get sucked up and I brought in just the handle and they pulled it out again. My heroes. Theyre all so nice, too! Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for vacuums or vacuum repair.

I have been buying all my Miele vacuums for me and my family members (at least 7 now!) for over a decade with this wonderful business. Debbie and now Bob always suggest just what I need. No more and no less. Their general maintenance servicing of the vacuums is also excellent. Everyone I send to them is always happy as well. I cannot say enough great things about them!
