I had an amazing experience working with Brian. Since I, myself, work as a buyer's agent, I knew exactly what I was looking for in a listing agent. Brian delivered, and then some! He convinced me to list at a higher price that I originally intended and it paid off big! I also came down with COVID right before the property was listed, and he was extremely helpful with last minute preparations and handling every aspect of the process when I was under the weather. Brian is great! Ive worked with him twice now. He is very thorough and is willing to help above and beyond if needed. Selling and Getting to the closing can be stressful but he was very good about always having a game plan and putting us at ease. Thanks for your hard work and a successful sale!
