Worst building layout I have ever seen. The building is mostly quiet now and mostly empty - before Covid the lot was always completely full and you had to park in the overflow lot. Building sells parking spaces to tenants so if you didn't have one you'd be screwed. As for the offices, in the several years I have been there they are either freezing or too hot and they can never figure it out.
Also, what office park in 2021 doesn't let you bring your pets in? Also... nobody even comes in anymore so who cares? This place is so outdated and I hate the days I have to go in.
My biggest complaint about the office park is that it is depressing and outdated. Every time I walk in it's like 1992.

I guess you tell the quality of Landlord when things get bad. I have been with the Company as a tenant for 6 years. During COVID of all time they choose to screw over their tenants. Careful who you rent from.
