It was one of the BEST experiences I had for my face! I came in for a facial treatment, and it was very soothing. The aesthetician was really friendly and knowledgeable. She paid close attention to what I needed for my face and whenever I asked questions, she responded with deep explanations which made this experience very fun to learn. It had a great atmosphere which made me feel at ease. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The price was reasonable and I already booked my next appointment! I can't wait to come back!

I started coming to Alia because I purchased a Groupon and wanted to try microdermabrasion. The staff and service were exceptional. The microdermabrasion was wonderful for my skin. The two women with whom I have interacted were knowledgeable and skilled. I am now a regular customer. They are wonderful to work with and always accommodating. I always rely on Alia Center for my facial/skin care needs. In 2023, I needed a facial rejuvenation therapy. The staff at Alia Center is very welcoming and professional. The clinic is always very clean and inside the clinic always smells so good. There is always a place to park at the lot where the clinic is located. I had a laser treatment for my face (for the first time) and the clinic owner, Arlene is an amazing person who had calmed me down prior to treatment (not knowing what to expect). I hate pain for any treatment, but this was a breeze. The laser treatment is painless. I encourage everyone to come here for their skin care needs (winter here can be brutal for our skin).

If I can give ALIA 5 stars to make a perfect score, then I will give the business a 10 (if that makes sense )! When we walked in, a very tidy and welcoming reception area greeted us. Ambiance was just perfect for a cozy, (even a) family-oriented wait while somebody starts to be prepped.
Pre-treatment was a thorough explanation of the procedure, expectations, healing time, etc. During the treatment, more in-depth explanation of the process. Post-treatment included a briefing of more expectations, healing process, after care, etc.
Nothing beats their attention to detail, meticulousness and thoroughness. Abigail and Arlene, you are both PHENOMENAL! You do not stop just because the work is done, you ask for a second set of eyes to make sure everything is perfect. That is admirable!
Anybody looking for that place to just be themselves and feel good about their decisions to enhance their beauty, regardlessthis is it!

Do yourself a favor and give this place a try, you will not be disappointed! Arlene is the best of the best! I am 39 and my skin care concerns include: hyperpigmentation/melasma, fine lines and wrinkles. Im not interested in Botox and any plastic surgery, I want to age gracefully. I have tried several different treatments across dozens of different med spas, including: IPLs, hydrofacials, dermaplanning, microdermabrasions, among other treatments. The thing is, each med spa has a different machine and technique But the key is the technician and how thorough they are. This is another reason why this place and Arlene is the best! Not only did she take her time with the treatment, but she was thorough and asking me questions about my skin care concerns and goals, and explained which processes would be ideal for treating those. She also explained that your skincare routine is HUGE and equally as important to achieving your goals, and which ingredients are the most helpful - she didnt push products (which made her all the more credible). One thing that she said that really stood out to me is to have the expectation and accept that treatments arent a one and done miracle, but achieving your goals is a transformation that TAKES TIME and CONSISTENCY! I tried ALIAs microdermabrasion with Vitamin C and LED lights on Groupon, and my skin looked baby soft and brand-new right after! I will be returning in a couple weeks to begin their microneedling with PRP injections to address and tackle my hyperpigmentation with 3 treatments and CANNOT WAIT! Do your research on the treatments to address your specific skincare concerns, ALWAYS read reviews on a place before you go, but definitely give ALIA the chance they SO deserve - I promise you will not regret it! I will provide more feedback with before and after pictures in a few months once Ive completed the microneedling w/ PRP injections. I hope this helps and BE WELL!
