Waltham Therapeutic Massage and Fitness

I have recently been struggling with a strange, inexplicable tingling sensation around my body that has made it almost impossible to get massages. I told Art about my apprehension before our session and he encouraged me to come in and see what we could do. He was patient and kind, personalizing the session to my needs and checking in with me each step of the way to assess my comfort level. I'm so grateful to have had such a positive experience--Art struck a perfect balance of not making me feel like I was "broken" while also not pushing things past what my body can currently handle. Art's approach to pain relief through massage is direct and effective. I struggle with chronic neck pain due to past injuries and Art is careful to address the areas of tightness and discomfort while working around my areas of sensitivity. I am able to leave with less pain and looser muscles. I run a customized fitness and mobility business that requires long work hours that increase my neck pain and tension. Art is a colleuge of mine and when he informed me that he was opening his own practice I was very happy for him and knew he would provide excellent care for his clients. I recently had a session with Art that only comfimed my optimism that he would give the utmost care to his clientele. Art is knowledge, a good listener, patient and has the necessary skills to help anyone with a tight muscle, nagging injury or chronic pain.
