Awful, experience. Scheduled an appointment and sat 4 hours waiting to be seen. Was then told he has a hard time saying no to patients despite being overbooked.
You aren't doing us a service, you are wasting all of our times. Tell us you are overbooked and we can see a medical professional that is available and respects our time.
Went here once 2 years ago and have received hundreds of voicemails, calls, text messages, and emails to come back or that their office is closed. How about you focus on the appointments you have rather than trying to get more.
Every time I call them to get removed from the contact list, their phone is busy or it disconnects you. JUST LEAVE ME ALONE.

Dr. Merola is great but the office and administration were always overloaded which resulted in long wait times or mistakes with billing and insurance.

I haven't been in their practice for years yet they still have my phone number and every week I keep getting voice mails just to tell me they are closed for a holiday. I wish they made it easy for me to remove my phone number from their list, try to call them busy signal and no email to even ask them

Dr Merola is the best! Yes, he does get very busy, and yes once you're in his automated system you will receive text messages and computer generated voice mails, forever. Lol. Once you're in with the good Dr. tho you can rest assured he is giving you solid advice. He is passionate about the practice of health and medicine. We are all blessed to have had experienced the 'Merolacoaster'. (I just invented that word) It helps to not be negative you guys. Take note , all of the 1 star reviews have to do mostly with wait times. His medical advice tho has proven to be solid over the years. I am very thankful for him!!! Thank you Dr. Merola for being so legendary in our lives. I hope this review finds you. I don't know if you read these. God Bless the Great Dr Merola!
